We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor with passion and energy to help run the daily operations of Jack’s Raw Bar to ensure and enhance the overall customer experience. Working alongside an internationally recognized Chef with Michelin and Hat experience, we are looking to develop our offer at Jack’s Raw Bar and to deepen our commitment to an elevated restaurant experience in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
We are open seven days a week for lunch and private dinners, so successful applicants will need to be available to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays from early November 2023 through to end of April 2024.
About You
You will be a hands-on manager with strong floor skills, a clear sense of leadership, a professional manner and an ability to keep calm under pressure. Your warmth, commitment and confidence will make you approachable to the entire team including senior management, experienced chefs, the large customer facing team and the patrons.
