As a Talent amp; People Consultant, you will take ownership of our recruitment activities and support our HR function. You will work closely with our People leads to ensure we attract, develop, and retain top talent that is aligned with DEFEND's culture and goals.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, creating job descriptions and postings, screening and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, providing detailed salary and market trend information to internal stakeholders, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You will also support the onboarding of new hires, maintain staff members' HR files, and assist with other ad hoc HR duties as requested by the Chief People Officer. Additionally, you will initiate continuous improvements to processes and look for innovative ways to attract and develop talent pipelines to the business.
You’ll be passionate about creating the best candidate experiences and have a solid understanding of HR operations. You’ll feel at ease working collaboratively with our People leads, hiring managers, and external candidates, while also providing expert advice on best practices. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning and developing your skills.
