We are seeking a Learning amp; Development Consultant to support the development and delivery of DEFEND's Cybersecurity Careers and Academy programmes and our learning amp; development initiatives to support the growth and development of DEFEND's staff members.
As a Learning amp; Development Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of DEFEND’s Cybersecurity Careers and Academy programmes, as well as learning amp; development initiatives to support the growth and development of DEFEND’s staff members. You will be working closely with People leads to assist with the candidate and employee life cycle and partnering with candidates, tertiary education providers throughout New Zealand, and third-party training providers.
In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding and induction of early talent into DEFEND and onto their relevant development programmes in line with agreed timescales. You will be the first point of contact for current and future cohorts of interns and work with people leaders to lead, coach, and develop early talent to be their best and realise their potential.
