The Role
We are seeking an empathetic, people centric leader who enjoys participating in the day to day as well as at a national project level.
The role of Talent and Culture Advisor based in Rotorua, is primarily there to support our valued team members in their chosen career. No day is the same and there is autonomy within this leadership team position. You would be required to assist the department leaders through all things talent and culture, while supporting the Hotel Manager in company wide initiatives. Reporting to the Operations Manager and Regional Talent and Culture Manager, the role will be multifaceted, varied and well supported.
As part of the National Talent and Culture team, you will bring your experience and expertise to the group as we work together to ensure our localised teams are educated, supported and encouraged through their careers in hospitality. Guideline reviews, training plans, events calendars, sourcing providers and information sharing would form part of the role.
