Our Client is searching for a Technical Consultant who will be responsible for MSP Business building strong long-term client relationships by providing technology guidance that aligns with the client’s business strategy and their overall business processes. The Technical Consultant will will be responsible for IT strategy development, IT solutions discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.

This role is in Palmerston North and the successful candidate would need to be relocate to Palmerton North

Requirements

• 3+ years working in a similar role for a Managed Service Provider
• Hands on technical background preferred
• Must be familiar with technologies such as O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, Windows Servers
• Recommending new technologies and hardware and software solutions to clients.
• Proven customer service and problem-solving skills, working directly with clients.
• You are great with process and receptive to new ideas and new ways of doing work.
• You are service-oriented and collaborative with the ability to develop and build strong relationships.
• You are comfortable working with C-suite executives in a consultative fashion
