Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, experienced Data and Business Analysis Superstar to step into a leadership role and take charge across these disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground in developing out these functions and being a key member of our team in building out our Salesforce ERP solution.
We require a strong and experienced leader to evolve process and methodology across the BA and Data/BI disciplines, developing strong relationships with the business to deliver exceptional services and support. You will roll your sleeves up leading by example and provide direction, mentoring and development for two junior staff.
Duties amp; responsibilities include but not limited to:
General:
- Evolve processes and methodologies and business engagement and understanding across the BA and Data disciplines
- Mentoring and supervision of staff
- Involvement in Salesforce ERP development projects, taking a strong lead in supporting Business Analysis, Data design and Salesforce CRM Analytics and Dashboards
Data:
- Develop, embed, support and further the goals of a group wide awareness of the benefit of analytics, dashboards and centralised data and reporting and champion adoption ongoing.
- Increasing business confidence in the accuracy, veracity, reliability, and value of data, dashboards, and analysis to help guide business decision making, operational
Business Analysis:
- Working with business stakeholders and vendors across the breadth of SDLC activities business and system requirements capture and documentation, solution design, co-ordinating development, testing and deployment.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in senior roles across Business Analysis and Data-BI disciplines
- Demonstrable skills in data structures, reporting and persona dashboard build experience using BI tools ideally PowerBI and Tableau, Salesforce amp; CRM Analytics an advantage
- Demonstrable experience across BA activities requirements capture, documentation, SDLC cycles.
- Ability to interpret, present and explain complex data and system development processes to stakeholders at all levels
- Exposure with Salesforce solution environments will be an advantage
- Experience mentoring or coaching people with in the workplace advantageous
