Job Description
Jamp;D McLennan Engineering are in the middle of an evolution and are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join them on their journey. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will assist in all aspects of AR amp; AP, from invoicing customers, entering supplier invoices, monthly reporting and general administrative duties. With several exciting projects on the go for 2023, you will be exposed to change management, so let’s work together and make it happen.
You will be methodical by nature, have great communication skills (both written and verbal) and work well with others to get things across the line. You will have a high level of accuracy and thrive under pressure. You will be comfortable using technology and get on board with system changes, which we expect to see lots of in 2023!
Ideally you will have some practical experience in accounts and familiarity with finance systems would be a bonus, but more importantly, you will have a great attitude and be the sort who is willing to jump in when someone needs assistance or when deadlines are looming. We’re a tight finance team of three, so whether you have experience in this type of role or you are keen to pursue a career in accounts, we are here to provide support, training and mentoring as needed.
Part-time hours may be considered for the right person.
