As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this new position will lead, shape, influence and collaborate across the business to drive ImpactLab’s strategic focus and direction.?
This role offers the successful candidate a rewarding and varied senior position in an impact organisation with massive potential. You would have the ability to immediately make a significant impact on existing operations and, in the mid-term, extend existing commercial activities into new markets and create new customer offerings.
Your mission would be to create a culture of innovation and collaboration across the leadership team and wider organisation to drive the delivery of the strategic plan.
You would be responsible for the following functions:
In support of these functions, you would have the opportunity to help identify and build business cases and financial models to support the planning and development of future strategic growth opportunities.
ImpactLab partners with a number of other impact-focused organisations, sharing expert knowledge, support and shared services where required. This would provide you with a trusted group of colleagues and advisors to support your success in the role.
