About the Role

THIS WILL BE A 6 MONTH CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with one of our key customers to deliver on one of their strategic business projects, ensuring the best possible results for the clients, third parties and internal technical and delivery teams. You will gain exposure to multiple technologies including cloud and other digital platforms. The role will have financial management responsibilities, so you will be comfortable in managing budgets and using your commercial skills to navigate around our commercial agreements.

What you'll bring

  • A successful track record in delivering IT projects utilising Waterfall and Agile methodologies to assist you in bringing your projects to the finish line on time.
  • Strong background in managing Technology projects across various infrastructures and business applications.
  • Strong financial acumen and reporting ability.
  • Highly accountable in the delivery of project services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Fantastic corporate presentation.
  • Outstanding organisation and time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflict.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping and planning project activities.
  • Working in partnership with the customer’s project team to deliver solutions to meet the customer's needs.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, risks amp; issues for the life of the project / programme of work.
  • Fulfilling project governance and reporting requirements.
  • Invoicing and related billing activities.
