About the role
We are seeking a personable and hands-on Content amp; Brand Coordinator to join our busy marketing team! You will support the production and execution of the firm’s external programme of content across target markets, service lines and strategic workstreams. You’ll also oversee the production of internal communications including articles for our internal intranet, promotional videos and more! The successful candidate will also ensure every piece of content that crosses their desk is on brand and represents Grant Thornton’s dynamic visual identity and tone of voice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the production and promotion of various external communications
- Writing internal communications and promoting them via the firm’s intranet, eDM campaigns, Teams and any other relevant platforms
- Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the firm’s brand strategy, visual guidelines and tone of voice
- Creating various assets for our digital platforms
- Maintaining the firm’s digital channels including our website, social media channels and internal communication platforms
- Monitoring and reporting campaign results, content performance and leads generated using tools including Marketo and Google Analytics
About you
You will be an exceptional communicator and multi-tasker, happy to work to deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations. You’ll thrive in a busy environment and possess a high degree of personal resilience and exceptional time management. We are looking for:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or public relations
- Minimum two years’ experience in a relevant marketing, communications or public relations role
- Exceptional and proven written and verbal communications skills
- Proven experience in successfully building and executing digital campaigns
- Experience in using a range of tools including marketing automation software, website content management systems, and commercial social media channels
- Experience with Photoshop is highly advantageous, but not compulsory. Training can be provided for the right candidate
