We are makers of nature's performance apparel utilising merino wool and other natural fibers for their superior sustainability and performance benefits. It is our mission to shift the rider from synthetics to natural fibers. Since launching in 2009 we have amassed a fanbase including many of the best skiers, snowboarders, and mountain bikers.
About the role:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service star to support our growing Wholesale, eCommerce, and Retail business across Australia amp; New Zealand. We are looking for someone to help us take the next step in connecting Mons to the New Zealand and Australian markets and continuing to enhance our customer’s experience.
Based in our Wanaka Office, the successful applicant will be passionate about helping people find solutions, an avid problem solver and have the ability to work in with the team on different tasks that come up.
You will be working with the support of the Customer Experience amp; Sales Ops Manager to complete these tasks to the high level our customers deserve, with a combination of guidance, mentorship and an expectation that you can identify and deliver new opportunities. All whilst bringing the passion you share for our core beliefs and displaying this through your enthusiasm and assertiveness.
