You will primarily be focused on driving growth within your Portfolio while managing two delivery-focused direct reports to ensure all our Managed New Zealand clients’ needs are met.

This role is a senior leadership role in our New Zealand office. We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career, empower a small team, and be an integral member of scaling and growing Sidekicker in New Zealand.

Oversee Implementation, Delivery amp; Optimisation

  • Effectively manage and enable your team of Client Services Consultants to ensure effective delivery and a high level of Client satisfaction across your portfolio.
  • Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a success plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Coach and mentor other Account Managers and your Client Services Consultants to build their capability and personal development roadmaps.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess the health and satisfaction of the customer, their needs, milestones and metrics for success

Critical competencies and experience

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to influence decision-makers and negotiate on significant and complex matters while challenging views and knowing when to compromise tactfully.
