Job Description

We have some exciting new upcoming projects in the Palmerston North region. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join our team.


Using your problem solving, troubleshooting skills and ability to own your work, you will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of our new retro fit projects. This role will require someone who can work remotely with our Wellington office.

The Project Manager will be the lead in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that projects are completed with in budget and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage all stakeholder relationships
  • Working to and managing financial budgets
  • Manage and champion Health and Safety protocols
  • Forecasting of material and managing suppliers relationships
  • Compilation and Working to Construction programmes
  • Resource Establishment and Maintaining of Workforce Wellbeing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
  • Project Management qualification is preferred
  • Subcontractor management experience
  • Experience with retro fit/ alterations project management works
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to work to deadlines and financial budget
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient with MS suit specifically MS Projects
