Job Description
Due to an increase in work we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team
The role will be working across different active project portfolios. You will need to demonstrated experience in cost management, residential and commercial price estimation. You will be involved with all aspects of the process from pricing, forecasting, budgeting, claims and financial account management.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Pre-construction assessments to prepare tender documentation
- Scope and price variations, sub-contractor negation
- Contract documentation maintenance and preparing reports
- Post construction close-out
- Producing of Monthly payment claims
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years Estimating experience
- Experienced in producing monthly payment claims
- Residential renovation and extension experience preferred
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and financial budget
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work within a small team
- MS Office proficient
