Requirements

• Energy amp; motivation to solve problems and optimise with technology
• Great communication skills
• An innovative approach to solving problems
• Providing a professional and efficient first point of contact for IT incidents and Service Requests via phone and email.

• Prioritising service requests and incidents to ensure a seamless and communicative IT service to end users.
• Providing efficient and professional level 1 and 2 support for internal software and systems
• Supporting in MS Office applications including MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
