About the Role

The Cybersecurity Consultant - PAM (Privileged Access Management) will be a member of our New Zealand Cybersecurity Advisory team located in Wellington or Auckland and will have the responsibility for planning, building and continuously improving the PAM capabilities deployed at our clients. Because of the nature of this role the successful candidate must be based in Wellington/Auckland.

This person will join a newly formed team that assesses and matures the EIAM capabilities at respective clients with the goal of managing security and risk, improving business agility, improving user experience, and improving efficiency.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a wide range of skilled peers.

What you’ll do

  • Participate in the planning and building, functioning as a technical specialist for the successful design and implementation of PAM solutions.
  • Collect and analyse the client’s business and technical requirements.
  • Define business processes and prepare/review technical documentation.
  • Participate in the design phases of an PAM solution contributing towards the solution architecture.
  • Ability to communicate and engage with different stakeholders, act as the liaison to business, technology, and project management.
  • Provide post-implementation support to newly deployed solutions.
  • A keen interest in Cybersecurity with proven knowledge or certifications achieved, i.e. Trustee, Sentry, Defender.
  • Knowledge of the Identity and Access Management discipline, understanding current complexities, future requirements, and best practices.
  • Good communication and analytical problem-solving skills. Ability to explain Identity and Access Management aspects to stakeholders and partners.
  • Self-motivated, focused and outcomes-driven with the ability to work alone and in a team.
