A great leadership opportunity to make an impact in the Procurement and Supply Chain Advisory Services space within our Consulting team
About our company
Grant Thornton New Zealand is a member of an ambitious global organisation providing audit, tax and advisory services to dynamic organisations to unlock their potential for growth. Our proactive teams led by approachable partners use insights, experience and instinct to understand complex issues for privately owned, publicly listed and public sector clients.

About the role
Our Consulting team are seeking a Manager to work in our procurement and supply chain advisory services. Bring your authentic self to the role along with your understanding of how procurement can be used to achieve organizational goals. We want people who explore and innovate and seek to suggest new and better ways of doing things, both on client work and in our own practice. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service.
You will work closely with experienced Managers and Partners across a variety of industry sectors, liaising directly with the clients and supervising more junior team members. You will build strong relationships with clients and ask questions that cut to the heart of their business in order to understand the risk, responding with technical expertise, intuition and insight.
We have hubs in the three main centres. Ideally one of the roles would be Wellington based.
About you
Our Partners are down to earth, approachable, and recognise and reward achievements of the team and individuals. We enable our team members to be themselves at work and match drive and commercial acumen with further opportunities to learn and advance. The way we work and hub facilities in the three main centres promote open communication, efficiency over excessive work hours and active social and sporting teams.
