About the Role

We’re looking for Contract Senior Business Analysts to own outcomes with a dedicated customer. You’ll utilize your SDLC expertise along with your general all-round awesome BA skills. This role will involve analytical business analysis, requirements gathering and influencing decisions within the Software Engineering and digital space. You will likely be responsible for leading multiple platform and application development teams, coordinating and scheduling team meetings, measuring progress and monitoring team performance. You will coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve impediments and understand key inter-team dependencies.

What you’ll do:

  • Establishing and driving requirements gathering
  • User experience design
  • Establishing user personas and journeys
  • Creating documentation i.e. use cases, prototypes, specifications, wireframes, proposals and strategy documents
  • Influencing change that increases team performance at a sustainable pace.
  • Building and promoting an open, trusting and respectful team environment; facilitating discussion, collaborative decision making and conflict resolution
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure backlogs are groomed and maintained.
  • Providing support to the team(s) using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example.
  • Organizing and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint amp; release planning, demos and other related team meetings.

And of course, key is the ability to communicate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and seek opportunities to improve their business.
