We’re gearing up to hit more big goals in 2023 with our epic team of 50-ish passionate people, headquartered in an old bar amp; restaurant in Victoria Park; and looking for equally passionate people to help us achieve them!

The role:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be primarily focused on developing strong relationships with the customers in your portfolio - ensuring they get the best from Devoli - while proactively identifying and managing growth opportunities within your accounts. You will be extremely comfortable dealing with C-suite/executive stakeholders and complex businesses. There is also a strong business development element to your role; you will work closely with the Director of Sales and wider Sales team to grow our overall customer base, and achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You're a sales hunter at heart - you get fired up from hitting those targets and have proven success in doing so
  • You're passionate about making customers successful and building long-term, strategic relationships
  • You are adept at selling a solution based on customer needs (vs a product-focused approach)
  • You have 8+ years experience in Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of effective sales methodologies and are keen to help improve sales and service excellence within the team
  • You have demonstrated experience working in telecommunications
  • You have excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and maintain a high standard of professionalism
  • You are adaptable and enjoy working in fast-paced environments
  • You're a team player and love collaborating with others, but also self-motivated and work well autonomously
