About The Role | Te Mahi
As a result of our continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join us on a full-time permanent basis in Christchurch. Your work will support our hotel teams across New Zealand and report to the IT Infrastructure Manager based in Hind Management's Auckland support office. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with IT Support / Helpdesk experience looking to grow their career with lots of exposure to projects in a well-supported environment.
To succeed in this role you will be customer-oriented and cool-tempered, have good technical knowledge and ability to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain solutions. Providing prompt technical assistance on systems, responding to intermediate technical issues offering practical solutions. The goal is to create value for your internal customers, allowing our teams to continue delivering a seamless guest experience.
