Job Description

At Bamp;M Electrical, we have built a solid reputation for provide quality services in the Manawatu. We’ve been in the business for a long time and know what we doing, and we proudly do it really well. Our Administration team is the backbone to our success, and we are looking for a new member to join them.

With a really good balance between customer service and administration, you’ll be keeping our systems organised and running smoothly, to enable everyone in the Bamp;M team to do their jobs efficiently. Your day to day will include:

  • Customer Service face to face, over the phone and email.
  • Administration dispatching quotes, pricing and ordering spare parts for customers, logging and booking both customer and warranty jobs, updating our job costing system with relevant job photos.
  • Office / Team Support ordering stationery and consumables as required. Supporting the wider administration team with their work.

We are looking for someone who enjoys finding solutions and better ways of working. Multitasking and prioritising while keeping a cool head are musts, along with being proficient with Microsoft Office. With some previous experience in a similar role, your customer care will be second to none along with your pride in representing our brand.
