About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities Management team. The role reports to the Facilities Manager and will assist in ensuring the effective execution of the day-to-day facilities management of our campuses. You take joint responsibility of the management of site logistics, security, general maintenance works and presentation of the facilities.

Other responsibilities for this team include:

  • Supervising and coordinating of all facilities maintenance activities in accordance with approved workplans.
  • Responsibility for the overall presentation of the facilities, internal and external.
  • Facilities building compliance within all corporate and non-technical zones.
  • Coordination of all logistic activities within the facilities.
  • Enforcement of security protocols and standards within the facilities.
  • Inspection of facilities structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
  • Supervise the access to the facilities including clients, guests, contractors and suppliers.
  • Control activities including, parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
  • Maintenance of Emergency and Health and Safety infrastructure within the facilities in accordance with regulated compliances and CDC policy.
  • Enforcement of safe work practices in accordance with CDC policy and regulated standards.
  • Supervision of staff as directed by management.

About you:

  • Previous experience in coordination and/or facilities management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment
  • A problem solver, ability to act decisively, and show good judgment
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment

Essential:

  • New Zealand citizenship and ability to obtain, a Security Clearance
