Our Wellington studio has an opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant amp; Office Administrator to join the team on a fixed-term (parental leave cover), part-time contract. This role is 25 hours per week, working 5 hours over 5 days, and can be flexible on start and finish times. You will report to the Studio Lead, and have a positive attitude and proven experience in a similar role, to hit the ground running in the new year.
Responsibilities
This role provides Personal Assistant support to two Principals in our Wellington studio, and office administration to ensure the studio runs smoothly. Alongside PA duties of email and calendar assistance, travel bookings, expenses and filing, you will be responsible for:
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced PA and Office Administrator with 3 years+ recent experience in a similar role. Ideally you will have a certificate in business and hold knowledge of the construction industry, as this will be beneficial to hit the ground running.
