Due to an internal promotion we have a fantastic opportunity for an strong administrator with a passion for Health and Safety to join our team.
This role has a lot of room to gain a wide level of experience working across our diverse business, excellent training opportunities and room for growth within the team. The role will support our wider business and immediate safety team who operate as a hybrid team in both the North and South Islands.
Our ideal candidate will be a forward thinker who wants to understand our business and become an integral part of our delivery excellence.
Key duties include but not limited to:
- Monitoring our Organisational Shared Safety inbox
- Running Trade Health and Safety Inductions
- New starter inductions
- Ordering PPE/ Uniforms
- Population of data into the Vault system
- Monitoring of Vault
