ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an enterprise account manager to play a critical role in building relationships with our clients. Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales. You will represent our company and proactively interact with clients as an enterprise account manager. So, if you have excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude, we would like to meet you.

Critical areas of focus will include:

  • Manage your central government accounts portfolio
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term client relationships
  • Proactively communicate with clients regularly and respond to specific queries
  • Work in collaboration with technical teams to suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs
  • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
  • Identify and approach new potential strategic customers

  • Build successful long-term relationships with your clients and key partners
  • The identification of new business sales opportunities for both new and existing clients

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess demonstrable experience with Enterprise Account Management and Solution Selling
  • Feel at ease developing effective account strategies to drive impact and targeted business growth across assigned accounts
  • Be coachable, know when amp; how to seek help amp; can think outside the box
  • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility, excellent communication skills to articulate the company vision to customers and partners.
  • Be a solid problem solver along with high attention to detail
  • Possess a can-do attitude with a passion for cybersecurity
