Job Description

As an Inbound Exceptions Specialist, you’ll be working as part of a future focused Accounts Payable team dealing with queries around payments, reporting on credit card usage and matching invoices with purchase orders. The roleWith three key areas, this role owns the processing of all credit card transactions, the goods receipt and invoice receipt and the non-stock invoice processes.
Key functions of the role include:· Ensure invoices are processed accurately within defined time frame in accordance with policies and process· Provide guidance to business users to avoid delays· Process allocated invoices and credit notes· Respond to queries and escalate issues when appropriate· Continuously strive to improve processes
In this role you’ll be working with internal as well as external stakeholders.About youWith a strong business acumen, you’ll have a high attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Process driven, you’ll have a good understanding of SAP and will understand the flow of financial documents through the business. Technically savvy, you’ll be comfortable working in a range of applications and will have a knowledge of ERP systems. Having a collaborative working style, you will be a doer, capable of delivering high volumes of quality work within set time frames.
