The Role | Te mahi
An exciting opportunity awaits a highly motivated Restaurant amp; Bar Attendant for The Lane in Salisbury Street, adjacent to Sudima Christchurch City.
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, a passion for exceeding guests expectations and will also be flexible to work am and pm shifts.
Responsibilities | Nga haepapa
- Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
- Preparing hot and cold beverages
- Preparation of the restaurant for service
- Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
- Settling guest accounts
- Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints
Requirements

- Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Flexible to work a variety of am and pm shifts
- Barista and Bartending skills favorable
- Valid Right to Work in NZ
