Your new role
We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join our New Zealand sales team, who are based at our Avondale office.
Reporting through to our NZ Country Manager, in this is a key sales position where you will be responsible for managing and developing our residential builder market segment. Your key focus will be to grow sales and the share of bathroom, develop business relationships and improve processes with existing and new clients. With this, you will achieve budgeted sales revenues and margins through consistent and sustainable growth by developing, strengthening and nurturing relationships with key customer decision makers.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity that will see you bring to life your innate sales capability, whilst motivating and developing a team and culture of continuous improvement.
