We are looking for an experienced Office Manager in a sole-charge role to join our manufacturing client here in Palmy. This is a small (lt; 15 employees) but mighty team, with over 20 years’ experience in their trade. Reporting to the managing director, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the office, including all aspects of finance, workflow management, administration and health and safety.
As his right-hand man, you will support the managing director to ensure business runs smoothly, so you’ll need to be switched on. You will be methodical by nature, have great communication skills (both written and verbal) and work well with others to get things across the line. You will have a high level of accuracy and thrive in a sole-charge environment.
You will be confident in all aspects of finance, as you will be looking after AR amp; AP functions, including the maintenance of Xero. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so you’ll be a legend of all things customer service. You’re an allrounder, who is looking for the next step in their career.
