We are an online payroll software business, that helps over 18,000 small and medium sized Kiwi businesses stay on top of all things payroll and feel confident that they’re paying their people right.

You’ll enjoy working from our Lower Hutt based office with flexibility to work from home.

What we’re looking for

• A people person who can:
  • Proactively lead the instructional design component of learning projects, ensuring that instructional recommendations are efficient, effective and fit for purpose
  • Take responsibility for ensuring stakeholder needs are met, by working in a collaborative way with key business representatives and subject matter experts
  • Has strong time management and communication skills
• A knowledge of payroll or software would be an advantage, but not essential.

What does the job involve?

• Develop techniques to assess learner performance
• Create online webinar content suitable for both internal amp; external customer training
• Participate in and where required, lead post- implementation reviews to identify learning/improvement opportunities

What you’ll need to bring:

• Energetic and motivated individual with a ‘Can do’ attitude
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design theories
• Experience designing in Articulate Storyline or other similar software Proven skills and experience in adult learning
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Great verbal and written communication
