We have an opening for a Executive Assistant to join the Dingwall whanau. This is a unique role as you have the opportunity of establishing relationships not only with our fantastic staff but also the amazing tamariki onsite.


About the role

You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication all matters relating to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Team.

Requirements

About you

To be successful in this position, you will have a relevant qualification and or have 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role.

  • Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.
  • Significant administrative /executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
