About the Role
As Associate Director Accounting Services you will be responsible for leading teams, and directions for Accounting Services within Datacom’s Finance Shared Services.
What you’ll do
As Associate Director Accounting Services you will:
- Oversee accounting processes amp; activities including financial controls, ensuring reported results comply with accounting principles amp; IFRS and providing financial analysis
- Manage Month End Close, related Reporting and Audits
- Drive and delivery performance reporting analysis for the Business and Business Finance Partners
- Engage and collaborate with the Business, Stakeholders, and internal partners
- Develop and build depth across the Team and mentor amp; coach others
- Maintain a high standard of documentation for financial processes, including but not limited to Reconciliations, Audits, Tax and other Regulatory reporting requirements
- Implement appropriate accounting policies and procedures in compliance with internal policies, accounting principles amp; IFRS
- Participate in and ensure any new finance systems, system enhancements and process improvements are implemented smoothly and on time
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvements and drive efficiencies
- Assist with additional ad-hoc task as and when required.
What you’ll bring
