Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join our team.
You will be key in ensuring the successful delivery of our New Build Residential Projects and maintaining some of our existing client relationships.
The Project Manager will be the lead in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. You will be accountable for ensuring that projects are completed within time, cost and quality.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manage subcontractors
- Working to and managing financial budgets
- Manage and champion Health and Safety policies amp; protocols
- Key Stakeholder Management
Requirements
- 10 years Project Management experience
- Experience with Residential New Builds is preferred
- Project Management qualification is preferred
- Subcontractor management experience
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and financial budget
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Good understanding of the NZ building code and regulation
