Job Description

SAP Trainer

We’re looking for a SAP trainer to join our clients’ SAP programme on contract for an initial period of 6 months with extensions available of up to 2 years, depending on the candidate. This role can be located in Hamilton, Tauranga, or Auckland as long as the successful applicant is happy to travel to the client site for training (client is located in Tauranga).

About this role

This role will work closely with an organisational change manager, business subject matter experts and digital sprint teams to produce and deliver training.

This role will be developing training for the following systems:

  • Fiori
  • S4Hana:
    • FICO (Financial Accounting amp; Controlling)
    • MM (Materials Management) In particular: contracts and purchase orders.
    • Public Sector Collections and Disbursements (PSCD)
    • Flexible Real Estate (ReFX)
  • SAP C4:

Service Cloud

Field Service Management

This role will be using the following tools to deliver training:

  • Enable Now - Web Assist
  • Articulate Rise and Storyline
  • SAP Litmos

Ideal candidate

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience working in an agile and process improvement environment, plus have experience in the development and delivery of SAP training in either ECC or S4, an understanding of local government and most importantly have the interpersonal skills to support the end users to embrace the significant change this programme will have on their daily life.
