About the Role

You will be a seasoned Programme Manager that has been at the coal face as they say. You will get your hands dirty with all project management of high profile projects, clients and the latest technologies. Our customers have a passion and we match that with innovative solutions and collaboration.

You will work to the traditional Prince2, PMP (PMBOK) and Agile methodologies - including Infrastructure and Cloud and have proven budget, risk and reporting experience. With a minimum of 3-5 years as a Programme Manager with multi industry and preferable IT Professional Services consulting.

What you’ll bring

  • Superior understanding and consistent application of Programme Management competencies including scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, cost, risk, procurement and integration.
  • Sound understanding of the project governance framework.
  • Strong understanding and application of change management competencies.
  • Financial literacy to forecast and manage project budgets.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and technical limitations as determined by the organisation’s enterprise architecture.
  • Uses industry knowledge to predict future challenges for the product

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the customers’ industry and business and acting to ensure that they are offered products and services aligned to meet the business need.
  • Developing and maintaining an appropriate pipeline view identifying the resourcing requirements to deliver future opportunities, in conjunction with the Datacom Customer Success Lead.
  • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on activities related to the portfolio.
  • Defining and undertaking assurance reviews across the Portfolio to ensure that the quality and processes meet the customer and Datacom’s agreed standards.
  • Undertaking continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with the PPA Management team.
  • Actively engaging with service delivery stakeholders to promote awareness and compliance with quality assurance plans and processes.
