About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional team player who is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Your effective communication skills will be key to success in this role. We handle nearly 100,000 enquiries from customers every year and are here 365 days per year helping Kiwi’s and visitors from all over the world experience one of New Zealand’s most iconic journeys. Hours of operation 8.00am - 6.00pm 7 days a week, so weekend work at times will be required.
We are looking for 15-20 hours of availability per week with the potential for extra shifts!
