About the Role
As an Administration Coordinator, you will assist the account leadership team to measure and ensure adherence to our contracted services on time and in line with the requirements of the contract and in the spirit of absolute customer satisfaction.
This is a varied role and you will be responsible for providing support through report coordination, diary management, minuting of meetings, administration management and team liaison between the account leadership team and the Customer, Operations and Project groups.
As an Administration Coordinator your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Preparation and/or contributing to the presentation of data, information or other materials related to the project
- Supporting the Programme Manager with key project functions
- Supporting the general administration such as scheduling meetings, workshops and taking meeting minutes
- Being a proactive team player supporting day to day delivery of the programme
- Ensure that reporting obligations are co-ordinated and delivered on time at end of month
- Coordinate and compile project reporting as required
- Strong planning and organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Experience with key software tools such as PowePoint and Excel and be familiar with project tools such as Miro, Jira and MS Project
- Understands the importance of keeping documentation up to date
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at different levels for communicating within the internal project team and with senior key stakeholders
