Job Description

Be the first impression of our client at their busy office in Palmerston North as their Receptionist.

Your day to day will be different but your ultimate goal will be keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine. This could include anything from catering, couriers, meeting rooms, visitors to stationery.

You’ll provide a consistent experience to anyone who comes through the doors and naturally make them feel welcome and comfortable. Your unsurprising enthusiasm to help will mean that you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up before you’re even asked and be fast to take action. You’ll also be in the know of the goings on in the office and make sure when things need doing, well, they’re done.

You’ll be juggling a lot and will be able to manage your time well to ensure timeframes are met and results are high quality. Your initiative and confidence will be clear when you interact with others and you’ll be a collaborative team player and communicator.
