How you’ll make an impact
As part of Customer Success we are responsible for providing our customers with instant answers, via our award winning Xero Central support platform, that helps them understand how to use and get the best out of the Xero product.
In this role you’ll provide leadership and guidance to a team of Content Developers, helping them to ensure our knowledge is in front of the right people at the right time, enabling a beautiful experience for our customers.
You’ll be responsible for dealing with ambiguity, prioritizing and resolving issues quickly and constructively, while delivering on Xero’s strategic goals. You will balance the demands of a constantly evolving product set while providing leadership, development opportunities and guidance to your team.
What you’ll do
  • Support and lead your team to create beautiful support content.
  • Proactively manage resourcing and recruitment, leave management, and on-going Xero-In performance conversations.
  • Champion your team's training and development to achieve strategic goals.
  • Help drive performance, culture, and an inspiring environment.
  • Ensure the team is organized so that team members have access to advice and support to help them do the best work of their lives.
  • Assist in setting goals and workload management for your team.
  • Work on projects and process improvement initiatives to support your team.

  • Project/process management - especially in information and content management an advantage
