Job Description
This role represents an opportunity for your administrative skills to contribute to a fast-paced project on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. In it, you’ll provide administrative support by maintaining systems and processes in our collaborative work management software amp; interfacing applications, as well as by assisting the spaceplane project manager with other administrative tasks.
The right candidate will enjoy leveraging their strong administrative skills to bring order and efficiency in an Ramp;D environment characterized by innovation, growth and change. With high levels of technical competency, they’ll also put their coding experience to work by maintaining existing in-house software used to automate recurring administrative tasks.
The role | We’d like you to:
- Maintain and extend Excel VBA scripts that interface with Wrike, our collaborative work management software.
- Keep project schedules organized.
- Publish weekly reports, given the necessary input data.
- Encourage established project management practices within our engineering teams.
- Assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.
- Solve novel administrative problems while acting with initiative and autonomy.
Requirements
The skills | We’d like you to have:
- At least two years administrative experience.
- Demonstrable coding skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Full proficiency with MS Office tools.
- The ability to work with minimal oversight or support.
- A friendly and positive attitude.
- The extras | It’d be a bonus if you had:
- Project management experience.
- Experience coding in VBA.
- Experience working with Wrike.
