About the Role
The primary purpose of the Business Consultant is to deliver professional consulting outcomes to Datacom’s local government customers. The Business Consultant plays an integral role in contributing to the successful execution of customer engagements and building Datacom’s reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the delivery of solutions to meet the customer’s required outcomes through:
- Business Requirements gathering and functional analysis including identification of any gaps (alignment of customer needs to product capability)
- System configuration
- Training
- Issue Resolution and UAT Support
- Go Live Deployment
- Documentation:
- Contributing to the development of training material
- Training:
- Training and guiding customers on the Datascape ERP solution
