About the role

This is an important role that requires a team player who can provide leadership to numerous project teams across various business units, functional areas, business change and technical initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to apply a flexible, customer-centric approach to driving change. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of projects within budget and timeframes, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position:

  • Experience working on projects that are organisation wide, with multiple stakeholders and change management requirements
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of various agile, iterative and waterfall delivery methods
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to quickly build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise workload and be adaptable to changing priorities.

What you'll do

  • Build and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate the definition of scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of projects on time, on budget and to the desired quality and scope
  • Develop fit for purpose project plans and approaches
  • Vendor contract management where required
  • Manage concurrent projects and prioritise the effort on each
  • Work closely with stakeholders to embed changes into business as usual
  • Identify and manage risks and issue resolution

What you’ll bring with you

  • At least 3 years’ experience in leading the delivery of projects
  • Project Management practitioner and Lean-agile qualifications
  • Understanding of Agile /iterative and waterfall approaches
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering multiple projects
  • Demonstrated business change management experience
  • Demonstrated vendor management and stakeholder engagement
