Switched On Building Solutions has secured a number of key contracts for 2023 here in Christchurch and are growing our Portfolio of Private Works and our Customer Base.
This brings a wonderful opportunity for an Operations Manager to join and lead the team through this exciting growth phase of the business. This opportunity is open to internal applications only at this time.
This role will see you supporting the General manager in providing direction and oversight to the business. You will be driving performance and excellence to ensure team performance and project targets are met.
This role requires someone will support the business needs and drive growth while proactively seeking and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure new opportunities.
