Job Description
We are on the search for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a 6 month fixed term contract. You’ll be part of our Financial Shared Services team who manage the receivables across Foodstuff North Island (think PAK’nSAVE, New World and Four Square) and its group of companies.
About the roleYou’ll work across all business units to:· Receive, record and resolve queries in relation to financial transactions including sundry invoicing and daily banking· Administer a busy inbox· Claims processing· Root cause analysis and investigation of any errors in transactions
This is a great entry level role with an awesome mix of admin and customer services.
An admin whizz, you’ll have an eye for detail and accuracy. Able to process large volumes of work daily, you’ll have a passion for process improvement with intermediate levels of Excel. Your exceptional communication skill will make building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders a breeze. Although not essential, accounts receivable experience would be advantageous.
