We're looking for a consultative, commercially driven product marketing leader with a strong interest in technology to take what we do into the marketplace. You’ll need to be able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, in a dynamic, yet flexible work environment, with a high performance culture. As a Product Marketing Manager, it will be your job to articulate, present, and promote our products in a way that strengthens our brand and clearly explains the unique value our products bring, supporting sales growth.
Here’s how you’ll do that:
- Develop effective product go to market strategies and plans (pricing, advertising and product launching)
- Promote the value and story of the product internally and externally
- Perform market research to deeply understand our buyer characteristics and identify opportunities, trends and competitive intelligence
- Translate technical and product documentation into benefits relatable to the user and market
- Craft compelling product messaging and marketing content to be used across marketing channels that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
- Collaborate with Product Managers and design team to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Support cross functional teams such as Customer Acquisition to shape the messaging and product story so they know how to best represent the product benefits and value to the customer
- Measure, report and optimize the customer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
This is what you’ll need to do it:
- 8+ years’ experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a relatable marketing/communications role
- Business to Business (B2B) technology or software experience
- Demonstrable experience in market analysis and product marketing tactics
- Practical understanding of product evolution and how this relates to the consumer
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
- Plenty of initiative and a love for the challenge of continuous improvement
