At the core of the solution are three Group-wide single instances of the following:
- Salesforce, for sales pipeline management
- NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP (enterprise resource planning) software package, that is used to deliver Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Contract and Shipping and Billing related business processes. It also stores master records for customers, vendors, people, projects and service items.
- OpenAir, a cloud-based PSA (professional services application) software package also supplied by NetSuite that is used to deliver People Skills and Booking Management, Project Management, Timesheet and Expense Management and Billing and Revenue Recognition related business processes.
About the Role
As a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will use your extensive, hands-on experience in NetSuite. This requires technical initiatives, including problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment. This includes project management activities including interaction with the key business users and schedule monitoring.
What you’ll do
- Work across internal projects within Datacom, building and solidifying trusting relationships with our key stakeholders
- NetSuite solution design including business analysis, gap identification and leading customer workshops
- Provide support to ensure system faults are rectified promptly
- Post-implementation support of internal environments.
- Support continuous improvement of systems
What you’ll bring
We would expect you to have a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in NetSuite or any ERP delivery management, business analysis, and technology implementation.
You will be able to demonstrate the below:
- Broad knowledge of the NetSuite or any ERP platform to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution
- Writing Solution design (functional amp; broad technical)
- Prior involvement with full-cycle ERP implementations or support. (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor CloudSuite etc.)
- Knowledge of finance management practices, with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilisation, and project revenue.
- Prior experience in accounting is an advantage, CA desirable
- Broad knowledge of IT Technologies and other MS Office Applications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related disciplines
