Are you motivated indeliveringexcellent Customer Service?If so, we may be the business for you!About the roleWe are currently looking fora full time Customer Service superstar to join our New Worldteam, based at ourCustomer Service Centrein Palmerston North.The hours for this opportunity are:40 hours per weekTuesday to Saturday8.00am - 4.30pmThis role focus on building and retaining relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional and professional level of customer service is provided in a timely manner.Key tasks and duties include:· Answering internal/external customer queries and phone calls,· Ensuring that all calls, queries,complaintsandinquiries are investigated and logged in the Customer Relationship Management system,· Generatingreferrals to the appropriate store or business unit where appropriate,· Makingoutbound calls to both internal and external customers,· Beingavailable to cover shifts and work public holidays/weekends when requested.About youWe invite applicants that are highly motivated,friendlyand outgoing with a great team attitude to apply for these roles.The successful applicantswill display excellent communication skills, high presentation standards,honestyand an excellent work ethic.Successful candidateswill be able to demonstrate the following:· Fantastic phone manner,and excellent interactive and written communication skills,· Experience in customer serviceand a proven team player!· A quick learner,with the ability to work unsupervised,· Salesforce and SAP experience preferable.Who areweA true kiwi success story,Foodstuffs North Islandare a co-operative with a team of 25,000 in a growing network of 340+ stores (PAK’n’SAVE, New World, Four Square,Gilmoursand Fresh Collective).We serve over 1.5 million customers every week in the most awesome little country in the world.
