About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Performance Marketer to join the ArchiPro team and play a significant role in driving the next phase of growth. You will plan, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, consistently optimising these to deliver better results for ArchiPro and our clients.

Using your passion for data-driven insights, you'll partner with a team of Product Marketing Managers and the broader design and marketing team to own and manage digital channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video. You’ll also be responsible for enhancing our measurement abilities cross performance marketing, working closely with our tech amp; data teams on tracking, analytics and dashboarding.

If you love rolling up your sleeves and getting into large, complex ad accounts, but also have the ability to simply communicate complex results and work; this role will be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ArchiPro’s paid marketing strategy across multiple channels and markets
  • Run campaigns to drive a variety of business goals including; supporting our clients’ performance on the ArchiPro platform, growing our B2B client base, and driving ArchiPro account signups
  • Own the wider digital marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Manage our product feeds and Ecommerce specific campaigns across channels like Google Shopping and Paid Social
  • Create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Sheets and Hubspot for the wider marketing team to use and reference
  • Work with our internal data team to continually improve our reporting and measurement capabilities across digital marketing
  • Support a wider social marketing team with channel best-practices, insights and process optimisations
  • Regularly participate in team meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions, championing and representing performance marketing
  • Ensure that the ArchiPro brand is communicated at a high standard through all performance marketing activities
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers, Content Managers and Designers to find creative ways to promote product launches, content, events and other marketing campaigns
  • Keep on top of emerging channels, trends and tactics in the performance marketing space

Requirements

About you, you'll have:

  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with 4+ years in a paid specific role
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook ads, ideally with experience in other paid social channels such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Experience managing Google ads, ideally across Search, Shopping, Youtube and Performance Max
  • Confident managing large product catalogues, and running Ecommerce campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4 ideally), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
  • Experience with HubSpot beneficial
  • Flexible, agile and able to work on a variety of projects at once
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong written amp; verbal communication, with the ability to clearly report on performance, and articulate what you’re working on and why
