Job Description
Noske Rail are a world class manufacturer of air-conditioning systems for rail applications. With some exciting and ambitious growth happening, they’re looking for a well-verse Finance Manager to join them on their journey.
You will be a member of the Senior Leadership team, working alongside the General Manager, with overall accountability for the strategic and operational finances. There is real opportunity for development and advancement with this organisation and you’ll be contributing to tangible growth.
You will lead a small team but be comfortable ‘doing the do’ as well payroll processing, management accounting, PAYE and GST returns and the like. Our client is a lean business, so everyone digs in when they need to, to deliver for their clients.
What we’re looking for:
- A sound understanding of NZ and AUS finance processes and legislation as well as experience using SAP and Microsoft BC
- Experience bringing in new finance systems to organisations
- Ideally a Chartered Accountant, or have a similar professional qualification
- While a manufacturing background would be handy, we are looking for someone who has experience in project- or programme-based organisations, and specifically experience with large-scale, long-term tenders.
