The role

Passionate about people and recruitment? Keen to help big-name businesses find the talent they need using technology?

Working as a Client Services Consultant in Sidekicker's Hospitality, Events, Promotion and Retail vertical, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with some of our most well-known clients. You'll work closely alongside clients such as Spark Arena, Countdown and The Trusts Arena to understand their workforce needs and guide them to find casual staff by using our market-leading platform.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, where no two days are the same. To be successful in this role, you need to love speaking to people on the phone, problem solving and multitasking because things can move very quickly. At Sidekicker, we have got a large support system that will set you up for success, not only will you have a buddy when you first start, but you will be given a mentor within the team and a fantastic and experienced manager.

You don't necessarily need specific recruitment industry experience, we are just looking for people with strong customer service and operational skills, who are looking to take that next step in their career. Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and responding to requests from our key clients through phone and email
  • Posting job opportunities to our platform and other relevant job boards
  • Assess, phone screen, and interview candidates through our platform and other relevant job boards
  • Coordinate medical requests with our third-party supplier
  • Provide recommendations to improve results and communicate updates with customer
  • Complete pre-employment checks including right-to-work documentation, police checks and references checks
  • Provide assistance to our candidates with setting up their profiles on our platform
  • Taking responsibility for a range of day-to-day operational tasks required to support our key clients and ensure their jobs are being filled as effectively as possible.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and multi-task.
  • Passionate and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
  • Determined to grow the current client base, with a genuine passion for helping clients and candidates alike achieve their goals.
  • Tech savvy - whilst our platform is user-friendly, we are looking for someone who is not afraid of a google sheet and can work across a number of different systems
